Crave and Cultivate was born from a shared vision between Founder Lynn and Co-Founder Skylar. By blending Lynn’s expertise in field and social media marketing with Skylar’s influencer, mastery of food culture, content creation ; they’ve created the ultimate "dream team" for restaurants and food and beverage brands ready to make a lasting impression.


We launched this agency to bridge the major gaps we saw in the food and restaurant industry. Too often, in-store demos and events felt robotic and uninspired being led by ambassadors who lacked the knowledge or passion to represent their brands. At the same time, we noticed restaurant owners struggling to get the right content creators through their doors, while brands couldn't find authentic ways to get their products into the hands of the community.
